4 Steps:
- Write down what you want to change or
a goal.
- Write down what your life is like now
as it pertains to this goal -specifically.
- Write down all the rituals (habits)
that have held you back in this area.
- Write down the actions (new Habits)
you need to execute to reach the goal.
